I have concerns that Brawlhalla is pay to win

I just started playing this game and I'm trying to improve myself. My main character is Red Raptor, I think this is the best character for Brawlhalla.

I haven’t opened a new character yet and the best characters I have seen are sold for money, so someone pays money and beats me quickly. It’s so annoying to be honest.

Do you guys think I'm wasting my time with this game? What are your thoughts?

Are you hoping to have gains from this game? If so, what are you possibly expecting to have in return of your time investment?

A game is a game. Unless probably if you're playing a game in a competitive manner and trying to make a career off of it. That being said, it's ultimately up to you whether you're wasting your own time with the game, one can't decide for you.

To speak for the ''pay to win'' aspect, I don't have any knowledge regarding Brawhalla, but if you're really annoyed with it, then you should probably call it quits. No online competitive game is good if real money acquires ''skill.''
