Solution Numlock does not turn on at startup

Press Win + R buttons, type regedit and enter.

In Regedit, we go to the path HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard

Double click on the InitialKeyboardIndicators value, remove the written value, type 2 and say OK.

After doing this, restart the computer and Num Lock will open when we boot up.
