Statement regarding Patiswiss Türkiye
Since this week, we have been increasingly contacted by various parties regarding a quality issue at Patiswiss Çikolata, based in Ankara, as well as linked to Turkish Patiswiss. We would like to correct the following:
- Patiswiss AG, based in Gunzgen, Switzerland, has no business relationship with Patiswiss Çikolata based in Ankara, Türkiye;
- There is no business relationship with regard to similar product groups, nor are the two companies connected in any other context;
- Patiswiss AG cannot make any statements about the alleged incident, as we do not know the facts of the case.
Patiswiss AG Switzerland has already taken legal action against Patiswiss Çikolata under trademark law several times in the past, as infringements of the trademark protection of Patiswiss AG Switzerland have been registered in several countries.
Patiswiss AG Switzerland is your partner when it comes to nut processing. Our only production site is located in Gunzgen, Switzerland. The company also stands for regeneration, safety and indulgence.
