Back to 4.500 years ago to witness King Khufu’s funeral ceremony, a journey back to ancient Egypt
The museum’s opening experience, “Journey to the Pyramids: Exploring Ancient Egypt,” allows guests to travel back 4,500 years to observe the funeral ceremony of King Khufu. You will explore the Giza Plateau, look at the Sphinx, and investigate the hidden areas of the Great Pyramid. With space for 100 guests at the same time, Müzeverse changes passive observers into active history seekers, creating a communal yet intimate experience.

VR Future has teamed up with Excurio, a VR storytelling leader from Paris known for its award-winning work, to introduce this innovative idea in Turkey. Excurio’s skills boost Müzeverse’s capacity to provide accurate, large-scale, and immersive educational experiences.

As for me,(Alice Büşra Alçınar) it was an amazing experince since I visited my origins, my ancestors, that is, Ancient Egypt, at Türkiye’s first VR (virtual reality museum), Müzeverse with my colleague Recep Baltaş. My favorite parts were getting on Osiris’ boat Neshmet, going to the top of the Pyramid, seeing the funeral ceremony of Pharaoh King Khufu aka Cheops and the Giza plateau. Going back 4,500 years with this experience was fascinating.
