eTravelSIM is activated but no data connection

I have just activated my eTravelSIM but the phone does not seem to be receiving any data whatsoever. What is the issue?

1. Go to settings, Connections, Mobile Networks, Access Point Name, Click on the + or Add button to create a new profile.
2. Enter Name: eTravel
3. Enter APN: globaldata
4. Save this profile, go back and select globaldata profile

You'll now be able to connect 4G/5G.
