Spoiler: This project contains real information about Grand Theft Auto VI, and therefore, these are not speculations. If you don't want to see the game map, stop reading this topic.
As a contributor to the project, I want to introduce you to GTA VI Mapping Project: Since the gameplay leaks in 2022, a community of GTA fans are scanning every single thing about Grand Theft Auto VI to recreate the most precise game map before the official release. The community has a dedicated Discord server for that, and a few developers have made an interactive website where you can also check fan-made maps and previous versions of the project. Discord server also contains Discord bots that assist in the automation of map suggestions and implementation process.
The lead mapper of this project also made a video summarizing every other detail about the project and mapping techniques:
